💜 Always comb through your hair at the end of each day to minimize tangling and shedding.
💜 Use a wide tooth brush or detangling comb. Hold the hair down with one hand and gently comb the hair piece with your other hand.
💜 Avoid rubbing the hair stands together, while shampooing, since this will cause friction as the cuticles open up (which then causes hair tangles). So, be careful not to scrub or bunch the hair while washing it.
💜 Remove any excess oil, gel or product residue by adding one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to your shampoo water. Apple cider vinegar will add back shine to the hair while releasing styling product residue.
💜 Alternatively, you can skip the shampoo and instead wash your hair only with conditioner to maintain the integrity of the hair.
💜 Apply a moisturizing conditioner to maintain the luster, shine and softness of the hair.
💜 If possible, allow your virgin hair extensions to air dry completely after washing and conditioning.
💜 Only a minimal amount of each styling product is needed since our Remy virgin hair is of the highest grade and superior quality.
💜 Apply a few drops of olive oil or coconut oil to your hair about 2 to 3 times per week.
💜 Try not to use alcohol-based products because it is very drying to the hair.
💜 Use a heat protectant while styling with a curling iron or wand, hair straightener, flat iron, or heated hair curlers to minimize damage to the hair.
